Breakfast, lunch, and dinner just may be making a comeback.
It’s an interesting change from the usual recommendation that you hear these days, to eat five or six smaller meals instead of relying on larger portions at one sitting. This belief is billed as a “common sense approach to health and fitness,” as you are less likely to snack if the meals that you eat leave you full and satisfied.
The mindset does have a certain amount of sense to it. Either gaining or losing weight always comes down to the amount of calories taken in versus the amount of calories you burn, modified by your activity level each day. All the rest can be seen as tweaks and details. Whatever works for you is the way to go.
